**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that effectively promote the company's brand, values, and mission.
- Manage the creation of corporate communications materials, including press releases, speeches, annual reports, and internal communications.
- Oversee media relations efforts, including building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure positive coverage for the company.
- Coordinate crisis communication strategies to manage and mitigate reputational risks effectively.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and develop communication guidelines for the organization.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception of the company, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align corporate communication strategies with business objectives and initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor junior communication staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations experience with established contacts in the media industry.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputational management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
