**The Group’s core business comprises the following segments: Specialty Pharma Principals, Proprietary Brands, and Medical Hypermart and Digital. Besides marketing and selling a range of specialty pharmaceutical products in selected ASEAN countries through exclusive distributorship or licensing and supply agreements with brand principals mainly from Europe and the United States, the Group also develops, markets and sells its own proprietary range of dermatological products and health supplement products. In addition, the Group operates a medical hypermart for healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions and retail pharmacies, to supply pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.**

DESIGNATION : Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collecting, Process Tracking, Documenting, Risk Highlighting and Reporting of financial and business data of various functional departments within the company
- Providing timely updates and in-depth analysis to support various stakeholder, leading to effective decision-making and project successes.
- Managing business intelligence platform i.e. Microsoft Power BI, which includes building dashboards, updating, aggregating, analysing and sharing of data
- Staying informed on market and industry trends and proposing best practices related to business analysis.
- Complete other relevant tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Maths, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a project-based environment. Hands-on experience in an analytics / data science function, with experience in end-to-end services, which includes data gathering, analysis and scalable deliverables. Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Python or SQL, Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
