**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**

The duties of HR Expert relate to the human resource and operations functions pertaining to foreign workers.

**Job Scope**
- Responsible for the recruitment of foreign workers.
- Strong ability and coordination skills to work closely with agents for the recruitment of foreign workers.
- Keep track and monitor foreign worker’s permit / passport renewal.
- Work closely with all parties on documentation and administration of foreign workers.
- Responding to all matters relating to foreign workers.
- Resolving grievance and provide counselling to foreign workers where required.
- Ensure company’s foreign workers policies and standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- Other ad-hoc matters required by reporting managers.
- Ensure compliance and observance of all relevant regulations of Bosch Central Directives, Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and procedures as well as all country regulatory compliance in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations applicable for the Company.

**Qualifications**:
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in handling foreign workers.
- Positive attitude and energetic with the ability to communicate effectively with foreign workers, human resource, and the operation team.
- Knowledge on overall HR systems, data security and protection requirements.
- Knowledge in Bosch safety and environmental regulations, Export Control, Bosch compliance guidelines including product liability, compliance and business ethics and antitrust law.
- Able to work under pressure, independently and have high integrity.
- Be on call where there are urgent matters related to foreign workers.
- Able to manage the job requirements and workload well under less guidance.
- Able to work in tight schedules and ready to accept responsibility and show commitments.
- Shows good spirit of comradeship in working with each other.
- Follows-through on commitments and able to takes responsibility for actions, results, and mistakes.
- Handling of confidential employment data and personal files of assigned associates under area of responsibility.
