Human Resources Admin/executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
- Assist with employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
- Respond to HR-related queries and provide support.
- Ensure effective communication with employees and management.
- Assist with organizing training and development.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Previous HR experience (preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to respond to messages on off days when needed.
- Ability to travel to the office regularly (own transport is required).
