**Job Overview**:
To be considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
**What we’re looking for**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
- up to 3+ years proven technical recruiting experience, successfully executing a variety of searches, including for senior-level positions
- Experienced in targeted market mapping, database searching, networking and headhunting
- Ability to map relevant market sector and identify target organizations within APAC
- Self-motivated and directed
- hungry to add impact
- Proactive
- taking initiative and follow through is a must
- Curious
- researching market trends with the ability to translate back to the business
- Understanding of environmental and sustainability industries, and/or oil & gas, power, and mining sectors highly desired
- Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends, and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process
- Proficiency with comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
- Complete fluency in English and other Asian language would be an advantage

**What you’ll do**:

- As part of ERM's Asia Pacific recruiting team, effectively implement ERM's recruiting process to efficiently hire qualified employees who meet or exceed position requirements and align with ERM's culture and global strategy
- Partner directly with the Recruiting Team to form a consultative relationship with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs to attract and bring in top talent
- Provide and receive necessary feedback to fine-tune talent searches
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes if required
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Performs other duties as assigned
