**1. Operations & Performance Management**
- Supervise and support store managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry regulations.
**2. Sales & Business Development**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across stores.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across outlets.
**3. People Management & Leadership**
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop store managers and staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
**4. Customer Experience & Service Quality**
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer engagement strategies to build loyalty and retention.
**5. Inventory & Merchandising**
- Oversee inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising and visual standards.
- Work with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
**6. Reporting & Budget Management**
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, staffing, and operations.
- Manage budgets effectively, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
