**Responsibilities**:

- About the Role SWIFT Finance Operations - Customer Contracts Team is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to work closely with the team members in handling customers' ordering. The Customer Contracts team is responsible for all ordering activities that will be triggering access to products and services and invoices for the customer. What to expect:

- Perform validation and order processing (and other BAU activities) following to the documented procedure and assigned SLA
- Liaise with different business counterparts (Sales, Finance teams, Product managements etc)
- Provide feedback on operational activities for improvement purposes to create an efficient work environment
- Review, update and revamp documentation for standardization purpose
- Handle queries/cases and work on ad-hoc requests received by the team
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures to meet audit requirements

What will make you successful?
- Degree Holder in Finance or any other similar disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year in Customer Ordering or Customer Business Operations field experience.
- Knowledge in Order processing, Billing and invoicing, Customer experience, Operational structures, Process improvement and documentations will be useful.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and good in problem-solving
- Self-motivated individual, able to work in routine but also proactively seeking new challenges.
- Ability to work under tight deadline, high pressure environment and maintain agile/flexible.
- Good communication skills (verbal and writing) with the ability to collaborate with various teams globally.
- Strong team player to accomplish results together and working cross-functionality.
