**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional HR support across key functional areas including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires a well-organized and capable individual with excellent communication skills—both written and spoken in English—who thrives in a people-focused environment and consistently performs HR duties with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan, ensuring compliance with Labor regulations.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer employee benefit programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries.
- Utilize ADP's WorkforceNow for HR data management, and reporting.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances effectively as per company policy and procedures.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor performance management processes and provide guidance on performance reviews.
- Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports for HR Management review.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of Malaysian Labor laws and HR best practices.
- Advanced English communication skills, demonstrating clarity, precision, and professionalism in both writing and speech.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with ADP's WorkforceNow is preferred.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

**Required Education and Experience**

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or
- Five (5) years’ experience in human resources field
- Advanced English communication skills
- ADP’s WorkforceNow HRIS experience preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, MIHRM) preferred.
