**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Commercial, Tender, and Quantity Surveying (QS) department. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth documentation flow, accurate record-keeping, and timely coordination of paperwork related to tenders, contracts, and project costing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and organize tender documents, contracts, and project records
- Assist in preparing and formatting tender submissions and proposals
- Track submission deadlines and update relevant data
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for documentation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of paperwork before submission
- Support the department with other administrative tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience (Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply)
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
