**THE ROLE**

**YOUR TASK**
- Help develop and execute the SEO strategy
- Monitor and analyse CompareHero.my's site and identify SEO growth opportunities, and suggest structured approach to audits
- Provide competitive analyses and web traffic analyses
- Collect data and reporting on traffic, rankings and SEO aspects in a meaningful way
- Optimise website content and technical SEO issues and recommend and implement solutions
- Conduct keyword research to guide our editorial teams
- Work on the day-to-day execution of SEO tasks and track performance in the SEO Roadmap
- Disseminate SEO best practices and knowledge within CompareHero.my to ensure continued focus on organic search as a core engine of organic performance

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3 years of proven experience in the field of SEO in a B2C role; including hands-on technical SEO with exposure to content marketing / optimisation
- Advanced user of Google Analytics as well as all major SEO tools including but not limited to Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, BuzzSumo, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking, etc. to monitor traffic, rankings, redirects, CTR, bounce rate, 404 errors, and other KPIs
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods across all major search engines. Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS
- Track record of exceeding aggressive growth targets and execute SEO from inception to completion
- Strong sense of initiative with a proactive approach to identifying and tackling problems
- Good time management and organisational skills with an acute attention to detail
