**Penetration Tester Team Lead**

**Company background: Computer and Network Security (Cybersecurity solutions)**

**Salary: Up to RM12K+/- (please provide your most competitive salary expectation)**

**Working location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor**

**Working mode: Hybrid**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead penetration testing efforts to identify and assess security vulnerabilities.
- Work with business and IT leaders to prioritize and mitigate risks.
- Translate technical security findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Develop and implement a security testing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and leadership teams to improve security measures.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on security risks and remediation efforts.
- Ensure security testing aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Provide guidance on security best practices to meet business and regulatory needs.
- Stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats and industry trends.
- Advocate for security as a business enabler, balancing protection with operational efficiency.
- Promote a security-conscious culture through education and awareness initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or IT security leadership.
- Strong ability to translate technical security risks into business impact.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP) are a plus.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3.5 years of work experience in penetration testing
- Proven experience in leading, motivating and managing a team of penetration testers
- Experience with a variety of penetration testing tools and methodologies
- Possession of relevant industry certifications preferably in OSCP or any relevant certifications.
