**JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for a tester to be part of the Digital & Strategic Business team to continuously stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Part of the Digital & Strategic Business team to continuously stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

2. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

3. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities internally within XOX as well as externally. Involve in user acceptance testing (UAT) with power users/ super users from various functions in XOX.

4. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

5. Track quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts.

6. Perform any other assignment given by the superior and able to assist other team members in the department for software related matters.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**

1. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop).

2. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

**QUALIFICATION**

2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.

3. Proven working experience in software quality assurance.

4. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

5. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

6. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

7. Good knowledge of REST/ SOAP and Postman API testing.

8. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
