Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments (local & international).

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
Optimize transport routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.

Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.

Ensure accurate documentation for goods received and dispatched.

Support monthly stock-take and reconciliation activities.

Prepare shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations.

Ensure all logistics operations comply with import/export laws, customs regulations, and company SOPs.

Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, manufacturers, and freight partners.

Handle logistics-related queries from customers in a professional manner.

Translate documents or interpret logistics discussions when necessary.

Identify logistics inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to streamline operations.

Track KPIs (on-time delivery rate, transport costs, lead times) and prepare logistics reports.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.

**Language**:
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.

Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.

**Experience**:
2-3 years working experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles—preferably in a manufacturing environment.

**Skills**:Strong communication and coordination skills.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel, ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Good understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and freight operations.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
