Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the customer service function and the logistics/procurement control function of the plant.

**Job Description**:

- Preparing quotations to customers;
- Customers’ orders fulfilment;
- Handling of customers’ VMI (Vendor Management Inventory);
- Order entries into plant’s ERP system;
- Execution of shipments to customers (packing/palletizing, generation of invoices & delivery orders);
- Liaison with shipping agents (truck drives, forwarders);
- Sourcing of new suppliers and shipping agents
- Assist Operation Manager in DG shipment;
- Preparation of production materials purchasing plan and issuance of orders to materials suppliers;
- Monitoring of suppliers committed deliveries schedules;
- Assist Operation Manager in preparation of the weekly/monthly production plan for the plant;
- Handling import and export documentations;
- Assist in filling reports required by LMW (Local Manufacturing Warehouse).

**Qualifications**:
**o Education**: Minimum SPM. STPM / Diploma (added advantage);
**o Experience**: Minimum 3 years (preferably in manufacturing environment but not a must)

**o Technical Skills**: Working knowledge of Supply Chain;
- Knowledge in LMW status / Customs procedures

**o Computer skills**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power Point). Experience in large ERP system (SAP/Oracle) is preferred.

**o Language Skills**: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage;
