**Job Title**:Logistic Officer

**Job Summary**:
The Logistic Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate documentation related to logistics operations. The role involves liaising with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to support smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as delivery, warehousing, inventory, and transport.
- Ensure goods are delivered to the right location on time and at the best cost.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
- Prepare and process shipping documents (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, customs forms, etc.).
- Monitor and manage warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Track shipments and update relevant departments on delivery status.
- Investigate and resolve any logistics issues or delays.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and cost control.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, import/export procedures, and logistics software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.
- Experience in handling documentation for local and international shipments.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
