Job Description: '¢ Coordinating with the project team in the planning and implementation of the technical requirements in the construction work. '¢ To lead site supervisor, safety supervisor and site engineer regarding site works standards so that installation activities are done correctly and minimizing rectification works. '¢ Work closely with the project manager to coordinate and supervise the project site in relation to all works. '¢ Ensuring work proceed as programmed. '¢ Reporting on the progress of the construction work and resolve all conflicts in a proper manner. '¢ All variations order is duly verified, measured and approved by the client prior for it implementation in the construction. '¢ Ensuring that the ISO system and QLASSIC requirements are addressed and met all the time. '¢ Ensuring occupancy safety, health and environmental requirement are addressed and met at all time. '¢ Managing and coordinating of day-to-day construction works which include problem solving at site to expedite progress. '¢ Prepare the trades' detail construction schedule in relation to the master work programme. '¢ Review various design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, civil and structural, architectural and interior design drawings. '¢ Manage the sub-contractors work progress, meetings, drawings, materials, samples, method statements, shop drawings submission and approval all in accordance to construction plan, specification, procedure and required quality, time and cost. '¢ Ensure all site works are in compliance to regulatory requirements. '¢ Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures. '¢ Liaise & coordinate with client, architect and consultant for relevant submission and approval.
