**Requirements**:

- Non Smoker.
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused.
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in handling customer and knowledge on e-commerce is an added advantage.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer service or equivalent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as Live Chat, WhatsApp group and phone call.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Responsible for ensuring that customer's business data is maintained with integrity.
- Ensure to participate in the process of producing video tutorial system such as script writing, being an intermediary in the video or voice over.
