**Job Descriptions**:

- Day to day business support of enterprise solutions
- Training and deployment of assigned software
- Acts as a focal point for communicating related system issues within the department and collaborates with other business teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates.
- To work with vendor and department stakeholders on development, ensuring requirement are correctly captured.
- To be part of cross team project implementation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
- Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
- Good communication and presentations skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge.
- Ability to communicate concepts verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
