**Overview of the Position**:
Facilitate timely online order processing and administer the engagement with the courier service provider.
**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**Order Processing & Backup**:
- Process online orders in company portal to warehouse management system at 9:00 am and 3:00 pm daily.
- Process backorders from company portal to warehouse management system based on order date.
- Issue invoices after customer service releases them.
- Liaise with system supplier/BT for API issues and provide solutions.
**Courier Service Management**:
- Monitor parcel movements daily and take necessary actions.
- Monitor courier performance against set KPIs.
- Conduct weekly meetings with couriers regarding deliveries and issues.
- Manage conflicts between BE and the courier service provider.
**Internal Request (IR) for MYOS**:
- Issue IR for lost/damaged parcel replacement and update tracking in the Google sheet for Customer Service.
**Process Stock Request (SR)& Internal Request (IR)**:
- Process Stock Request (SR) from HQ (Bukit Jalil) and IR from various departments and generate pick lists in WMS for the Inbound team.
- Arrange deliveries to respective locations with the company van driver.
**Reporting**:
- Provide daily updates on order processing, packing, and shipment status for MYOS at 10:00 am.
- Provide daily backorder updates at 10:30 am.
- Prepare monthly courier service SLA reports.
**Others**:
- Verify MYOS billing from the courier service within 3 working days of invoice receipt.
**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:
- Good in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & oral)
- Good Computer Skills (Microsoft word, Excel)
- Work location: Subang Jaya
- Working days : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
