Warehouse Clerk/ Officer

Job Description: 1. Storing various warehouse items in their designated areas 2. Keeping inventory records of all items in stock 3. Verifying each order's specific information, such as the shipping date, preferred method of shipping 4. Placing labels on outgoing products according to company policies, with elements like barcodes to help customers identify their packages 5. Unpacking items that manufacturers and suppliers send to the warehouse and storing them following company protocols 6. Using computer software to track inventory items incoming and leaving the warehouse 7. Receiving returned products from customers, examining them for various types of damage, and ensuring that the shipping department resolves the issues before resending them 8. Interacting with customers to provide order status 9. Any other task given by the Superior or any authorized person duly by the Top Management.
