We are a new and growing law firm, committed to providing professional and client-focused legal services. As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organized Legal Admin Clerk to join our team to support the daily operations of our firm. This is a great opportunity to grow with a small but dedicated legal team and gain hands-on experience in a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Office Support:
- Attending to clients and manage appointment scheduling
- Maintain organized client files (physical and electronic)
- Prepare legal correspondence and basic legal documents
- Provide general assistance to the partners, including administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Administrative & Clerical Tasks:
- Perform data entry and maintain client records, registers, and logs
- Scan, copy, file, and manage physical/digital legal documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or couriers
Finance & Filing Assistance:
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Assist with court filings or trips to legal/government offices (when needed)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices (especially Word and Excel)
- High attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, developers, banks, statutory bodies and authorities.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and assist in tracking deadlines and document submissions.
- Responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
