Planner (Senai)

Communicate with sales partners in various countries: sales order requirements, new products, etc. Production planning PMC: skilled use of SAP, ERP, SAM and other systems, arrange the main production plan according to sales requirements, factory capacity, various production restrictions, etc., and confirm the completion of sales and shipment requirements;
- Manage the production, sales and inventory of each product, and plan the supply; Arrange POP according to the sales demand DP, combined with production capacity, finished product inventory, etc.; Make a supply plan according to the sales demand, production plan and actual production situation, and explain the supply changes;
- Plan-make a production plan. Coordination and handling of production abnormalities: According to the actual production schedule of the factory, evaluate the impact on the order, and coordinate with the factory and material control to adjust the production plan; handle all product abnormalities in a timely manner
- WIP&Semi-finished product inventory management: Warehouse age management promotes the elimination of long-warehouse-age products and abnormal inventory; establish a reasonable inventory level of semi-finished products to prevent, control and deal with slow-moving semi-finished products. - Preliminary, early warning inventory-materials / semi-finished products / finished products
- Communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- Warehouse, bag warehouse management
- Inventory stock check matters
- Providing general administrative support.
- Other ad-hod duties as assigned

**Job Requirement**
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in related work fields (food manufacturing)
- Proficient in Excel and MS Word
- Well versed in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
- Initiative, trustworthy, positive attitude, flexible and well-organized
- Be able to work independently, result-oriented and able to handle multitasking
- Good analytical skill, able to coordinate & co-operate with other department

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Planning: 3 years (preferred)
- food manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
