Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including Service Request Work Order, Labour and Pricing Catalogues. - Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality, labour effort and infrastructure costing. - Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users. - Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables. - Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, RFQ responses, etc.), ensuring a consistent "look and feel”. - Perform simple task coordination across multiple Product Lines to ensure the delivery of simple/medium IT Infrastructure Requests. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field such as computer science or a focus on English, writing, or communications. - Preferably 2-5 years of experience required in an IT Infrastructure/Technical Writer field. - Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill. - Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills. - Ability to perform simple coordination tasks. - Very strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. **Bonus skills (these are not required, but are a plus)**: - Experience working within an Agile environment. - Able to handle high level of workload and specific time frame - for instance, during budget cycle. - Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) both in-person and remote.
