1. Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including Service Request Work Order, Labour and Pricing Catalogues. 2. Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality, labour effort and infrastructure costing. 3. Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users. 4. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables. 5. Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, RFQ responses, etc.), ensuring a consistent "look and feel”. 6. Perform simple task coordination across multiple Product Lines to ensure the delivery of simple/medium IT Infrastructure Requests. **Requirements**: 1. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical field such as computer science or a focus on English, writing, or communications. 2. Preferably 2-5 years of experience required in an IT Infrastructure/Technical Writer field. 3. Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill. 4. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills. 5. Ability to perform simple coordination tasks. 6. Very strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. **Job Type**: Contract Contract length: 12 months **Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Application Question(s): - Notice Period **Experience**: - Technical Writer: 2 years (preferred) - Drafting technical documents: 2 years (preferred)
