- Establish and manage overall company compliance program to ensure it is complied with Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupation Health & Safety system attain and achieve to company vision, mission, quality policy and objective.
- Implement QA/QC department’s objective/ KPI through plan, do, and check and action cycle process.
- Yearly propose the expenses plan list to QAQC Manager. Monitor each job expenses by complete the purchase procedure accordingly and report to QAQC Manager quarterly.
- Responsible to ensure in-process and out-going intermediate, WIP and product are inspected, tested and monitored according to design quality assurance plan as describe in Quality Control Procedure.
- Responsible to report and given disposition to all non-conformance happen during in-process and out-going and take necessary action to prevent non-conformance intermediate, WIP and product release to next process step.
- Update hygiene, sanitation & environment monitoring documentation.
- Responsible to report and give disposition to all non-conformance happen during hygiene, sanitation & environment monitoring.
- Assist in product complaint and product recall investigation.
- Responsible to carry out sampling of intermediate / WIP / product according schedule.
- Responsible to verify external laboratory testing report / certificate of analysis (COA).
- Responsible to manage and arrange the product stability testing and report.
- Responsible to ensure implementation of Monitoring and Measuring Equipment Control Procedure.
- Arrange and communicate with external calibration service provider.
- Develop and establish monitoring and measuring equipment work instruction or standard operation procedure (SOP).
- Verify calibration report and ensure it is fulfil to specification/ requirement.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
