**QC Inspector**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist QA/QC Executive in food quality and food safety checking during packaging progress.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure all product quality and safety are in place during operation.
- Monitor loading process and assist operation team to ensure people and working place in good and clean condition.
- Perform quality control of product during and after process (raw material and finished goods)
- Handle testing to ensure finished product compliance to require standard or specification.
- To assist on monitoring of all QC activities such as inspecting incoming material and outgoing process to ensure adherence to company quality standard and customer satisfaction.
- Involving in continual improvement plans and activities to fulfil requirements for quality.
- To identify and report to the management on the problems/ defect found. Responsible to all customers complaints and non-conformance issues, liaise with other departments in any issues related to quality aspects, internal and external.
- Maintain and update documentation for QC inspection and any quality related documents.
- Participates in the development and maintenance in all Quality Control programs.
- Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complies with legal requirements.
- To perform other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

**JOB SPECIFICATION & REQUIREMENT**
- Need to commit with the working hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm inc. 1 hour break) and Saturday (9.00am - 1.00pm).
- Posses with high accuracy skill & integrity skill.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Good team player who can work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Good knowledge about industry products & processes.
- Good basic knowledge and skill in Food Safety and Quality requirement, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Food Security, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and other food-related regulations.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Quick learner and forward thinker.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)/SPM/STPM
