Strategize and monitor daily activities of customer service operations
- Investigate vendor's issues, identify root cause, action plan and solutions
- Key person to handle and escalate dispute within the business operations
- Prepare FAQ and campaign briefing to supplier monthly
- Prepare daily report/weekly report/monthly report or as per request
- Handle escalation ticket with internal operation team
- Maintain a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization or department

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma qualifications in any field of study
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience or internship
- Prior experience in Logistic industry is advantageous
- Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply
- Willing to work in Shah Alam area and possess own transport
