About the role

Join our growing team at TVC Transport & Supply Chain (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Customer Service (Cross Border) professional. In this full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our freight forwarding operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking and tracing shipments, providing customers with real-time updates on their orders
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of freight and cargo
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and shipments
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and proposing process improvements
  • Providing administrative support to the logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or cross border logistics-related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Proficient in using logistics management systems and computer applications
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and regulations in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
