Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Shah Alam. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role includes managing communication via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
- Experience in the engineering or energy sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
