About the role

Blue Box Cold Chain Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality support to our Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding orders, delivery status, and services
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, and sales to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and related documents
  • Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions promptly
  • Maintain customer records and ensure all documentation is updated accurately
  • Support the team in achieving service excellence and customer satisfaction goals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service or logistics industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
