Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relations & Frontline Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.
  • Provide professional, friendly service to clients and members.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

2. Finance & Accounts Support

  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Prepare simple financial reports and assist with budget tracking.
  • Support the finance team with documentation, filing, and audits.

3. Sales & Marketing

  • Promote membership packages, banquet services, and event facilities to potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns or seasonal offers.

4. Design & Content Creation

  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and banners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to support campaign needs.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of clients, bookings, and memberships.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and support event coordination.
  • Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and stock ordering.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in sales and customer service; hospitality industry background is a plus.
  • Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
