Full Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels and provide accurate information about programs and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints politely, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend suitable programs, and guide them through registration, documentation, and payment processes.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through genuine, friendly communication focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and support marketing or promotional activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth communication and operations.
