Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Seksyen 32, Shah Alam. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and developing and improving customer service management strategies. The executive will handle communication with customers, solve issues, and follow up on feedback to maintain a high level of service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
