A Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all training programmes and workshops from A to Z.

**About the job**

As a Project Coordinator, you’re responsible to coordinate all training programmes and workshops from A to Z. The role requires you to have good time management, planning and a good eye for details. You are the mastermind of excellent customer experience for all our clients.

**Your job scope**:

- Coordinate training programmes - your responsibility starts from the moment a client signs a programme until the training reports have been delivered to them
- Prepare timeline for each programme and ensure all necessary tasks are executed before deadlines
- Monitor programme progress and handle any issues that arise
- Plan, manage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all training/programme requirements are met - Lead Consultant & Trainers, Clients, Vendors, Participants etc
- Explore, source and inspect/recce training venues so that all venue requirements are met
- Prepare a Briefing Document with all programme requirements and ensure that clients are aligned
- Source and ensure all training supplies are sufficient to run each programme
- Set up and pack down at training venue
- Tabulate feedback after each programme and compile data to be included in the programme report

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
