Developing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
- Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Building and managing the online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships.
- Monitoring social media metrics and analyzing the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Running and optimizing paid social media campaigns (such as Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads) to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing, including new platforms, features, and best practices.
- Working closely with other departments (such as marketing, customer service, sales) to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all social media platforms and ensuring all communications align with the brand guidelines and company mission.
- Being aware of potential risks associated with social media usage (such as negative feedback or crises) and developing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
- Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of social media efforts on business goals. Gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 year of experience in social media management.
- Willing to work KL area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to collaborate and learn.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
