Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily office operation works & clerical works
2. Ensure data and records are keep up to-date
3. Perform data entry, prepare Delivery order and Invoice
5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. SPM or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Working Hour Full Time : Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch break)
Working Hour Part-Time : Monday - Friday 9am-2pm (5hrs) / 1pm-6pm (5hrs)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
