**ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES ACCOUNTS**
- Perform AP/AR transaction that includes invoicing (adhoc invoice).
- Issuing cheque payments, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), credit notes and follow-up regarding any incoming collections.
- Monitoring of aged AR status and following up on overdue payments.
- Assist in quarterly GST submission and annual corporate tax submission.
- Assist in handling monthly bank reconciliation.
- Perform any others ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned.

**ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT**
- Office supplies, infrastructure and equipment governance to ensure no downtime and business disruptions.
- Perform general admin duties.
- Control and handling of stock inventory.
- Handling of any incoming & outcoming daily mails and calls.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Must possess strong accounting knowledge.
- Experience in full set of accounts
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of accounting software.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Independent, meticulous and responsible with good working attitude.

**Salary**: Up to RM13,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
