**Responsibilities**
- To assist in developing e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue, growth and profitability targets.
- To manage all e-commerce channels, including own webstore and third-party online platforms, to ensure that they are performing at optimum level to support sales.
- To create and process e-commerce sales order in a timely manner, process requests for ad-hoc orders, review pending orders and follow-up on online platform client’s requests.
- To perform data entry tasks for sales reporting and maintain an organized and systematic filling for easy retrieval.
- To create a database of online customers and profile them according to specific segmentation for targeted online campaigns.
- To liaise with Marketing team to create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms.
- To assist in online marketing campaigns, i.e. EDM, Virtual Exhibition, etc.
- To assist in all other duties assigned by superior.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- Highly analytical, able to draw actionable insights through data
- Experience in online analytics software, such as Google Analytics
- At least one (1) year working experience in similar roles and industry.
- Experience in supporting online marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing e-commerce webstores

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
