Company Background:
Our client is a **China data center module company** located at **Iskandar Puteri.**
**Job responsibilities**:
1. Data organization and management: Responsible for the formatting, organizing, filing, and storage of technical documents, contracts, drawings, test reports, and other materials related to project testing. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the documents. Maintain effective communication with the project data clerk (DC) to facilitate the submission of project testing documents.
2. Document preparation: Assist engineers in preparing relevant testing technical documents and business introduction documents, such as bidding documents, PPR, test scripts, test service introductions, etc., to improve customer satisfaction and after-sales service efficiency.
3. Customer communication: Assist engineers in communicating with customers, promptly organize customer requirements, and provide feedback to department leaders to assist in improving on-site services.
4. Translation: Assist on-site engineers in language translation during communication and exchanges.
5. Testing equipment management: Establish a record of testing equipment, manage the incoming and outgoing of testing equipment in the warehouse, and handle the annual inspection of testing equipment.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership, handle temporary urgent tasks within the department promptly, and assist other colleagues in the department with their tasks.
**Job requirements**:
Must fluent in **English, Mandarin, and Malay.**
Bachelor of **Electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/business/graphics.**
Proficient in using office software, including **Excel/Word/PPT/AI, etc.**
Experience as a **data clerk in mechanical** and electrical installation projects is preferred.
Experience in creating PPTs and beautifying images is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork skills are required to ensure smooth testing service operations and customer satisfaction.
**Remuneration**: RM3500-RM4500
