**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure the proper service, maintenance and repair of all KYOCERA products in the designated areas and such service to be carried out promptly, efficiently and courteously.
- Perform routine maintenance on KYOCERA machines at customer’s places and collecting manual meter reading as and when instructed.
- To attend any breakdown call and completed within the time frame.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during onsite visits.
- Be ready to assist another areas / location when needs arise.
- Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in Service Reports with all relevant information as requested and such reports must be submitted on the same day of service or latest next morning.
- To attend all Kyocera products' service training and any refresher course as may be considered necessary from time to time and/or as directed.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Min SPM, Diploma Certificate or related field experience.
- Have experience working with document imaging equipment and maintenance will be an added advantage
- Extensive knowledge of digital photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices.
- Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess own transport and have valid driver’s license; B2, D
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for onsite maintenance and support.
- Good PC skill
- Required language: English, Bahasa Melayu
