- Maintain a visually appealing and inviting boutique atmosphere through effective display arrangements. Follow brand guidelines and seasonal themes to create captivating window displays and in-store layouts.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor financial performance
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management. Compliance and Safety:
- Uphold safety standards and implement security measures to protect staff, customers, and merchandise
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Boutique Manager.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Sound understanding of retail sales principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday (11AM - 7PM)
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
