Customer Service Excellence
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Staff Management

- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Set and communicate sales targets and goals to the team, motivating them to achieve and exceed expectations. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Inventory Management:

- Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained, and the boutique is well with the latest merchandise. Monitor inventory turnover rates and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and maximize sales potential.
- Visual Merchandising:

- Maintain a visually appealing and inviting boutique atmosphere through effective display arrangements. Follow brand guidelines and seasonal themes to create captivating window displays and in-store layouts.
- Financial Management:

- Monitor financial performance
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management. Compliance and Safety:

- Uphold safety standards and implement security measures to protect staff, customers, and merchandise

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Boutique Manager.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Sound understanding of retail sales principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday (11AM - 7PM)

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
