**About Us**:
We are a leading distributor of baby gear products in Malaysia, committed to providing innovative, safe, and high-quality solutions for parents and babies. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chinese Influencer & Content Specialist to manage KOLs/KOCs, create engaging content for our XiaoHongShu (XHS) pages, and organise events that will connect us with our target audience in the parenting and baby gear market.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. KOLs/KOCs Management**:

- Identify, build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs) in the baby gear and parenting sectors within the Chinese market.
- Lead collaborations with KOLs/KOCs to create compelling content, drive engagement, and increase brand visibility.
- Plan and implement KOL/KOC campaign strategies
- Track and analyse campaign performance to ensure goals are being met and adjust strategies as needed.

**2. XHS Content Planning**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy for our XHS pages that highlights our baby gear products and their benefits to parents.
- Create engaging and informative content, including product reviews, tutorials, parenting tips, customer testimonials, etc.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure content is on-brand, high-quality, and resonates with our target audience.
- Lead efforts to grow and engage XHS followers

**3. Event Management**:

- Plan, execute, and manage events focused on baby gear, such as product launches, parenting workshops, marketing events and influencer meetups.
- Coordinate event logistics, including promotions, partner collaborations, and post-event activities.
- Build relationships with event partners, influencers, and key stakeholders in the baby gear and parenting community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in KOL/KOC management, content creation, and event planning, preferably in the baby gear or parenting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of XiaoHongShu and other popular social media platforms.
- Strong network of KOLs/KOCs within the parenting, family, and baby gear spaces.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Creative, organised, and results-driven with a keen interest in baby gear products and parenting trends.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
