Influencer Management Specialist

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Liaise and coordinate with Media team and Content team for project requirement.
- Assist on sourcing and filtering the potential influencers according to clients budgets and requirements.
- Contact and liaise with influencers to engage with clients projects.
- Communication and manage influencers groups and arrange the project posting details.
- Arrange the right influencers for the right project.
- Monitor influencers posting and prepare posting performance reports accordingly.
- Prepare payment documentations and liaise with Finance Department for the payment status.
- Fast respond to all enquiries.
- Always propose potential influencers to the Project Manager according to project requirement (FandB, Fashion, and etc.)
- Build and maintain good relationship with the influencers.

**; Requirements**:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration /Management / Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
- With minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in digital media or agency industry.
- Always updated to the social media trend.
- With hands on experience using social media - Familiar with various social media functions and features.
- Proven work experience as a Community Management / Influencer Management or equivalent.
- Strong time management and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - Preferrable English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Details-oriented and highly responsible individual.
