**Job Summary**
- Establish and develop business for the Local Modern Trade.
- Build and maintain business relationship with each account (Convenience Stores, Petrol Marts & Local Modern Trade)
- Work together with promoter management team to manage selling out /stock in channel.
- Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with the channels.

**Job Responsibility**
- Initiate sales & promotion plan, forecast target
- Prepare business plan presentation to the customers
- Supervise budget spending.
- Communicate agreed promotion plan to operation team, to ensure the promotion plan is running smooth.
- Review and checked the effectiveness of the promotion plan outcome.
- Having business review with customers quarterly.
- Analyze, identify potential products and proposed to head of modern trade
- Yearly review on category to plan for better strategy to achieve the following year target
- Frequently visit to customer outlets
- Ensure payment is on time
- Achieved individual sales target (monthly and annually).
- To work closely with operation and merchandiser team.
- To ensure customers have sufficient stocks on shelf.
- Initiate sales & promotion plan and forecast target.

- Communicate agreed promotion plan to operation team, to ensure the promotion plan is running smooth.

- Frequently visit our customers outlets.

**Qualification and Skill requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Deal with principal for business plan and marketing activities.
- Conducts quarterly business review with key account.
- Good Command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
- Self-motivated
- Independent
- Expert in Micro soft office
- Skills in operation SAP system.
- In good physical health.
- Strong Teamwork spirit.
- Comfortable working environment with good ventilation, spread joy and happiness together.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
