**Who This Role Is For**
Teachers with **2+ years of full-time experience** (physical or online) teaching secondary students.
Confident teaching **both English & Math** at Lower Secondary level (Y7-Y9).
Fluent in **English** (written and spoken).
Familiar with the **Cambridge IGCSE** curriculum.
Able to meet deadlines, submit plans, and embrace constructive feedback.
Treats remote teaching with the same discipline as physical school — full-time work, not side work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Teach **English and Math** to small groups (5-7 students) in Years 7-9, following the Cambridge syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, assign and mark work, and track student progress.
- Customize lessons to different learning styles and needs.
- Communicate with students and parents as needed.
- Submit reports, collaborate with team members, and meet academic deadlines.
- Embrace feedback and continuously improve lesson delivery and student engagement.
