Assistant Finance Manager

1. To be incharge of maintain full set of accounts. managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance department including monthly,quarerly and annual financial closing and reporting.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of regional overheads across various departments and business units, analyzing and reporting on regional overheads to aid decision-making process and implementing strategies to optimize overhead expenditure.
3. Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability. 4. Ensuring timely submission of annual statutory audits, corporate tax, withholding tax and SST filling required by regulatory authorities.
5. Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
6. Assist in preparing documentation and liaising with auditors during internal and external audits.
7. Drive continous improvement initiatives for accuracy, efficiency, internal controls 8. Assist in monitoring and supervising the finance team 9. Oversee regional entities financial and tax reporting and ensure timely submission of fillings.
**Requirements**:
1. At least 5 years of proven experience in a global IT consulting firm or similar dynamic operating environment
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional accountancy qualification i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA will be an added advantage.
3. Regional exposure is a must.
4. Attention to detail, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
