**Our client is an International Air Freight Forwarding MNC, located in KLIA, Sepang. Currently seeking talent for their business expansion.**
- Lead and oversee the air freight operations team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Liaise with customers to arrange shipments as per their instructions, ensuring proactive updates on shipment status.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Communicate with overseas offices to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and in compliance with customer and company guidelines.
- Handle import/export documentation at both MAWB and HAWB levels.
- Responsible for pricing - daily rate inquiry related to external and internal parties.

- Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders and follow up on confirmations.
- Plan and optimize cargo consolidations for cost efficiency.
- Generate invoices for customers and inter-companies in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation for internal and external use.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
