**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:

- To monitor daily Import and Export operational matters.
- Follow up for smooth custom clearance, truck arrangement and delivery.
- Update daily Afreight movement from time to time to HOD.
- Respond for customer enquiries (NFO & General).
- Set up dashboard for performance monitoring (NFO/Import and Export).
- To update monthly highlights & lowlights for management report.
- Proactively update clients on flight information if have any schedule changes, any new regulation & procedures and suggested flight option.
- Provide justification and explanation for any Inquiry from Client regarding Shipment related issue.
- Carry out all other activities as assigned by HOD.

**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Prefer with at least 3 years of working experience in air freight or similar industry.
- Have a strong interest in developing a career in the freight forwarding industry.
- Good supervision skills and team player.
- Good communication skills in English.

**Location: KLIA, Sepang Selangor**

**Working Days: 5.5 Alternate Saturday**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
