Drive Business Growth as a Customer Engagement & Activation Specialist
Join our dynamic team and shape our go-to-market strategies. As a Customer Engagement & Activation Specialist, you'll plan, execute, and govern sales initiatives and partnership events that drive growth and segment-specific activation. If you're proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering results, we want to hear from you.
Event & Market Activation Support- Coordinate and support internal and external events such as roadshows, exhibitions, forums, conferences, and sales ground roving activities.- Collaborate closely with business partners and strategic partners to execute on-ground activations effectively.
Strategic Partnership & Segment Enablement- Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities that align with segment needs to drive field activation.- Facilitate enablement through systems, tools, and frameworks that support efficient partner engagement.
Sales Planning & Development Operations- Support planning, logistics, and operational readiness for all sales enablement programs and outreach activities.- Monitor and align execution with commercial strategies and segment plans.
Financial & Compliance Governance- Coordinate quotation preparation, invoice tracking, and budget submissions related to sales activation programs.- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and governance requirements for partner engagement and spending.
Cross-functional Coordination- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, procurement) to ensure smooth execution and alignment.- Provide regular status updates and post-activity reports to stakeholders and management.
Requirement for the Position:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning, sales activation, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software/tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale events or sales activations.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with financial and compliance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
