Customer Engagement Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Customer Engagement Executive** who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and customers, ensuring their journey is smooth, meaningful, and memorable. You will support customer loyalty and retention efforts, provide insightful feedback to improve services, and contribute to overall business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain **strong, long-term relationships** with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
- Engage proactively with customers to provide information, offer solutions, and address inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Monitor and analyze customer feedback**, trends, and behavior to provide insights to internal teams.
- Support the development and implementation of **customer engagement campaigns** and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance customer experience and communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or introduce new services/products that meet customer needs.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in **customer service, customer engagement, or client-facing roles** is preferred.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in [Insert Language(s)].
- Strong **interpersonal and relationship-building skills**.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** and digital engagement platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience in managing **customer communities or loyalty programs**.
- Background in B2B or B2C industries.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Passion for improving customer experiences and driving brand loyalty.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
